Kaewta decided to leave alone after she knew that her final day is coming soon. He decided to spend her last four months in New York City to forget her painful memory. However, when she arrived, she got an accident which makes her losing all her memories.

Faced with a totally unfamiliar environment, Kaewta meets a man. Though this man can give her warmth and comfort, she also notes that he has a lot of secrets. Though the days are very sweet and lovely, she does not note that this can last only for four months ......
