Toey, Mod, Som, Kam-pang and Wa-wa are rich lady boys in Chiang Mai and Toey first moved to Bangkok for schools.

Toey was the ex-leader of the school cheerleading team but being expelled due to his fault in the national competition. The other four come to Bangkok and being in Toey's school - St. Mary's High school. While the school requests each student to be in one of the school team, the foursome would like to join the cheerleading team but being not accepted due to their sexuality. They joined the Ruby instead which is at the edge of being dissolved but they're lucky enough to win in their first match.

Later on Fah, one of the cheerleading team member, told the foursome that Toey was being made to be left. They decided to form a new cheerleading term "The Queens" for Toey's vengeance. However, their new team has to face all the problems.

Finally, "The Queens" has to face the direct competition with ex-team in the national competition ......
